Financial Dispute Resolution Service’s complaint fees are tailored to the level of dispute resolution intervention required.
Complaint fees as at 1 July 2020
Scheme Members are charged complaint fees depending on the stage that the complaint is resolved in. The Case Opening fee will always be charged once a complaint is accepted into our process. Depending on the level of assistance required, the Facilitation, Conciliation and Adjudication fees can be charged as a stand-alone or cumulatively.
1. Initial Complaint and Early Resolution
a. Case opening fee - $250
2. Investigation, Facilitation and Resolution
a. Facilitation - $950
b. Conciliation - $1,600
3. Formal Adjudication
a. Adjudication - $3,000
All fees are GST exclusive.
